Điều khoản và điều kiện Thanh Toán + Hoàn Học Phí

Phương thức thanh toán

Sau khi đăng ký khóa học, học viên Thinkingschool Switzerland AG sẽ thanh toán thông qua:

Thanh toán trực tuyến bằng các loại thẻ ngân hàng (ATM nội địa hoặc thẻ quốc tế) hoặc cổng thanh toán PayPal có trên website.

  • Thanh toán trực tuyến bằng thẻ ATM – E-Banking 

Để tiến hành thanh toán bằng thẻ ATM nội địa, học viên cần đăng ký dịch vụ Internet Banking với ngân hàng. Thinkingschool Switzerland AG hỗ trợ và chấp nhận thanh toán từ phần lớn các ngân hàng tại Việt Nam.

Sau khi điền thông tin mua hàng và bấm Hoàn tất đơn hàng, hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang Onepay để bạn điền thông tin thẻ thanh toán. Khóa học sẽ được kích hoạt ngay sau khi bạn thanh toán thành công.

  • Thanh toán trực tuyến bằng thẻ quốc tế Visa/Mastercard 

Phí thẻ thanh toán quốc tế do ngân hàng quy định, chủ thẻ cần kiểm tra trước với ngân hàng để biết thêm chi tiết. Ngoài lệ phí thẻ quốc tế, các bước tiến hành thanh toán khác đều tương tự

Sau khi điền thông tin mua hàng và bấm Hoàn tất đơn hàng, hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang Onepay để bạn điền thông tin thẻ thanh toán. Khóa học sẽ được kích hoạt ngay sau khi bạn thanh toán thành công.

  • Chuyển khoản ngân hàng

Khi thực hiện chuyển khoản, bạn cần cung cấp các thông tin: Số điện thoại – Họ và tên – Email đăng ký học – Khóa học đăng ký

  • Thanh toán qua Appstore / Ví điện tử

Với appstore của IOS hoặc Android có thể tính thêm phí tương đối lớn (không khuyến khích).
Ví điện tử MOMO (đang cập nhật)

Cam kết minh bạch về hoàn trả học phí

Nếu có bất cứ sự không hài lòng nào về hiệu quả khóa học, học viên đều có thể được hoàn học phí. Điều kiện để hoàn học phí như sau:

  1. Hoàn học phí khi học viên thấy không hài lòng về khóa học
  2. Thời hạn cho việc hoàn học phí là 7 ngày kể từ ngày thanh toán khóa học

Để tiến hành phản hồi và nhận lại học phí, học viên cần gửi email nêu ra lý do đến info@thinkingschool.vn. Với các trường hợp được nêu ở trên, học viên gửi email phản hồi sẽ được hoàn học phí 100%.

Lưu ý:

  1. Số tiền quý khách nhận được sẽ trừ đi phí thanh toán (nếu có) và phí chuyển khoản (nếu có).
  2. Qúy khách sẽ nhận lại học phí trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ lúc gửi yêu cầu hoàn học phí.
